Best experience by far from the application process to moving into my new apartment. The ladies are in the front office are so helpful and knowledgeable. Megan helped me out finding my perfect apartment. That would fit my needs I will be referring people soon

I just moved in and the staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful. Seeing to any of my issues in a timely manner and communicating clearly. It's not perfect by any means but it's a great spot for the cost.

Pretty chill place to live , usually quiet. (On site Security is a plus) The apartments are updated and everything is within wallking distance ( HEB , Dollar Tree etc. Pricing is good.

Thank you so much for addressing my concerns. I truly appreciate the support and the professionalism during the application process. Moving in was a breeze and Megan really assured us we would be taken care of. Since moving in we continue to trust the staff. The security teams are great and makes my family feel safe.

Two stars until they remove the washer and dryer they were supposed to remove 15 days ago. 10 days before I moved in.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at the Carrillo apartments . The property is always well-maintained, clean, and safe. The management team—especially megan and shae —has been outstanding. They’re responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find an apartment community where management truly goes above and beyond, but this one definitely does. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable home with top-notch service!
