CATFISHED!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! USE TO BE A RESIDENT HERE. I BROKE MY LEASE! I had a half decent apt compared to others with raccoons living in the holes of their balconies, so I gave it a star. Lol!! This was my first time renting an apartment at the same time getting a divorce. I felt like I got scammed. My car got broken into 3 times. I have report confirmations and window reciepts. My mail box couldnt close, and it looked broken into every time. Cops and ambulances were there every day. Parking policy really sucks! Gotta pay or hope to find a free spot. Infested with homelessness, trash, roaches, raccoons, cats, and dog stool everywhere. Everything was old cabinets, pipes wrapped in tape, the dishwasher falling out, and the flooring was paper. I couldn't lay down in the bed because the flooring would sink in and start to rip; including the sofa , chairs table, washer, and dryer. I only weigh 123 lbs. I got charged lots of money for the flooring. It rips so easily! It's a setup!

My parents live here and I am very impressed so far. When they advertise upgraded they are truly up graded. From the appliances, granite countertops, updated fixtures,wall plugs,and switches these units are absolutely beautiful. They even offer fireplaces in some units if that is something you request.

This place is a terrible, take my advice and steer clear. The management is crooked and the apartments are infested with roaches. If you happen to visit a resident you may be better off taking the bus or parking across the street at planet fitness because your vehicle may not be where you left it when you return to it. The management and Trinity towing are working together to make anyone they randomly choose to park here pay for the decision to park your vehicle. They allow Trinity Towing to troll their parking lot looking for vehicles they suspect may have valuables or assuming based on vehicle appearance and assuming the owner has money to just throw away for their profit. The managers of the property commit felonies on a daily by involving themselves with organized crime and racketeering while charging tenants variable amounts of rent and jacking up the prices of services while illegally forcing the tenants to get renters insurance which is another expense some people can't afford. I have myself witnessed the management personally speaking with Trinity tow truck drivers before they make their rounds obviously to point out which vehicles they want towed so they can receive kickbacks from illegally towing vehicles which automatically cost the unsuspecting owner money some don't have so readily available. I witnessed a car being towed while one persons child was still in the vehicle while the driver ran food to an apartment obviously wasn't there long enough to constitute a violation. Not to mention the kidnapping of ones child and the blatant disregard for towing regulations in the state of Texas which they seem to violate on a daily basis. So please do yourself a favor and don't fall victim to the corruption at this foul place because it's not a suitable place to live if you plan on relaxing stress free when returning home from work. Please be advised of the previous warnings and happy holidays.

I've been living here @ O' Connor Oaks Apts for 2 years. I can honestly say Jessica always goes the extra mile to make sure her tenants are well taken care of. Thank you Jessica.
