Don't move here! Roach and bedbug infested, I wish I would've had the warning before I moved in. They refuse to fix my ac. The rude and disrespectful person in the office told me because it's not 10 degrees off outside temperature that they don't have to fix it. I have video recording of the woman from the office coming into my apartment and stealing things from inside while I wasn't home. The area is a ran down homeless infested area. Don't be surprised you see people digging through trash cans on a daily bases. They never clean the pool so you can't even use what you pay for.

I am currently a resident at this apartment complex and I would suggest living somewhere else if possible. Not a bad place to live but Management team can be unresponsive at times, especially when it comes to getting maintenance done on the apartment your in. My Ac has been out for the last 4 days. The last 3 nights I have been without Ac and the few times they have picked up the phone when I called about the issue I was told it would be done the next day. I just keep getting my request pushed back in a sense, and the temperatures are rising as we speak. It was 95Â° yesterday for the high. Update 5/15/24 Ac is still not blowing cold, was repaired on Friday of last week but is already blowing hot. In need of assistance.

The apartment that I took a look at wasn't bad. The service was superb and I appreciate that. That alone may have leaning towards this apartment complex out of the 7 I viewed today.

I have a relative that lives here and she is always talking about how happy living here. She says Ms. Rachel is so helpful and sweet and the maintenance, Mike and Ramm are true gentlemen. Thanks staff.

Had an amazing time today visiting this property. Michael was so helpful in showing us the property and the available units. The property is in the perfect location for our family. The office staff, Mrs. Rachel, was very helpful and knowledgeable on where the resources for schools and healthcare for our children. I am looking forward to making this lovely area our home soon. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcomed.
