There has been no hot water for over 3 weeks now. Cold showers and cold dish water for over 3 weeks!!! The air conditioner has not worked since day 1, the apartment stays consistently between 85-95 degrees depending on the heat. The building is infested with roaches, no matter how often you cleam. Im not even comfortable eating at home/using the kitchen anymore. In the beginning it seemed like they might try to resolve the issues but after 1 or 2 communications, no one cares anymore. Skunks and raccoons roam the complex at night and there's always trash all over the parking lot and walk ways. I don't care what managements response is, this is a warning that I wish I had gotten before moving myself and my kids here. Truly disgusting and unacceptable living conditions.

*Update** still no hot water and it is has been out for 3 weeks now about to go on a month! I've tried calling leasing office several times and the phone rings till a busy signal comes on and I tried calling again and the line is now busy so ringing just busy. I am not able to leave them a voicemail to leave a message to get back to me. They knew about this issue and I feel the have been dragging their feet when it comes to getting the issue resolved. The hot water ran out on 8/28 and has not been fixed since. I have a newborn and it's a pain to boil water for her bottles and the dishes. I haven't even been able to give her a bath. It's ridiculous that they don't seem to care that we've been without hot water for this long. Its ridiculous and frustrating that this is still an issue. They have time to write back on reviews but can't communicate to their residents about how this is going to be resolved and when the hot water will be back on. There is a lack of communication with leasing office and residents. This is unacceptable! UPDATE: hot water got fixed but now they've lost money orders, you can't pay online so you are forced to pay with a money order that they can't keep track of. For the past 3 months they have accused us of not paying rent when I've gone to leasing office several times provide them with the proof that we paid rent. We even have them sign it but it's no good. The ppl who have been accepting our money order are now no longer employed with the company so where has our money orders gone. They've made copies of our receipts every time and they still manage to somehow lose that. This place is a joke. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They will take your money and try to evict you as well. I've filed a claim with the City of San Antonio to investigate this complex as there are other tenants having the same issues.

I love my apartment but I don't like the fact the hot water has been out for 2 weeks now! They knew about this issue and I feel the have been dragging their feet when it comes to getting the issue resolved. They told us it's going to be another week! The hot water ran out on 8/28 and has not been fixed since. I have a newborn and it's a pain to boil water for her bottles and the dishes. I haven't even been able to give her a bath. It's ridiculous that they don't seem to care that we've been without hot water for this long. I feel my other option is to reach out to the city to see what can be done as this doesn't seem fair to the ppl that live in the complex and for the amount of rent we pay it's not worth it.

A little communication goes a long way. We've had no hot water for almost a week and the apartments were bought out? (news to us) and apparently no longer accept online rent payments but we were not told of this until the day rent was due. Quick edit, still no hot water. It has been 16 days with no hot water and the last communication we recieved was 14 days ago telling us to be patient. Update again! They lost one of our rent checks and are now try to charge us extra because they said our rent was late :')

I live here I am a new tenant This place can use new management They got rid of a beautiful person Ida she is so missed she is a people person The maintenance here is like a revolving door always someone new My apt is too small had to get rid of many things I truly hope things change here Oh I hate carpets and I am a senior to much maintenance to keep it clean I just hate carpets to shampoo and vacuum it's hard for me I can't afford a professional to clean it They just placed a new person in the office she seems to be nice

The staff is great and their manager Rachel is a pleasure to work with. Their maintenance team is always on top of their game I would recommend them to anyone.
