Worst apartment I've ever dealt with period. How this thing is still operating is a mystery. All the windows leak and parts of the ceiling. We have to use all our towels when it rains. There's roaches everywhere because there's zero pest control. There's rodents running through both ceilings/walls of our townhouse. Our AC has been on the down slide for months and we just got someone to come look at it a week ago because the compressor went out completely. When the guy was messing with the unit outside it caught fire. Now who knows when they will actually fix it. The pool was green for months. The trash overflowing all the time. The parking is the dumbest bullshit I've ever seen, there's like 15 spots around the whole complex that aren't reserved and the reserved are more money of course...all they care about is the money, not you at all, and they don't deserve a parking lot peso. There's been multiple managers and they all suck at managing squat, which probably explains why half the time the office is locked. We moved in here at the beginning of July, it's been four months, and I've never seen such a pisspoor excuse for an apartment complex or dealt with such incompetence. Just marvel at all these wonderful reviews... don't just take my word for it ð
