Can't get ahold of the office! been calling several times, can't ever reach anyone. now it doesn't even ring. goes to a not working signal.

Well, we got new owners again. Coming up on year 5 soon and I gotta say, these folks are fantastic. The previous owners left them a mess but they have jumped on it and handled most of the hiccups. The ladies in the office are kind and professional. Plus, They got rid of any homeless and have armed guards on patrol at night. Now I can check my mail without fear of attack. Looking forward to another year here with my wife.

ROACHES. RACCOONS. BROKEN A/C. NO HOT WATER. TRASH AND DOG POOP ALL OVER COMPLEX AND WALKWAYS. LAZY UNRESPONSIVE STAFF. THIS COMPLEX IS VIOLATING MULTIPLE LAWS. STAY AWAY.

Literally the WORST place to rent from. Theyâve switched owners SEVERAL times in the last few years WITHOUT notifying the tenants. No hot water going on TWO months now. INFESTED with raccoons & MOLD from holes growing on the ceiling. Cabinets falling apart. Floors coming up, literally a complete mess. You can put in as many maintenance request but guess what? NOTHING will happen. Calling the health board first thing tomorrow and they wonât be getting any more rent from us. Also their AC breaks every other week.

Itâs been a month since we have no hot water. I was told it would be fixed by last week and itâs not, by Texas law itâs considered a basic requirement for a residence to have hot water and AC. I havnt had AC since beginning of June. It blows but doesnât blow cold, my apartment is constantly at 78 or above. Lately with the cold fronts two weeks ago it got down to 74 but itâs back up again and itâs 80 degrees. How is my child supposed to live here without hot water and AC. Thereâs roaches everywhere no matter how much I clean or bleach everything. I donât even cook at home anymore because of the roaches. I donât cook or keep food that the apartment bc thatâs gross. I have a child and she canât even take a bath bc itâs cold water. I want out of my lease but canât without paying so much money and I donât want a broken lease! By law I was told by my lawyer that it is required to have hot water fixed within 7 days of it breaking. Itâs been 4 weeks. I will be suing the company!

I asked for corporate number and you wonât give it to me. You wonât even come look at my apartment every time you say you coming to check out these issues Iâm having you magically disappear. One time you went to the bathroom and never came out. What type of crap is that? Iâll get to the bottom of it.
