Absolute worst place! They show you a nice model and then give you a garbage apartment w bugs, mold, broken ac and straight up every issue possible. Then they sold the mgmt to a new company and told no one! We have had leaks in the ceiling, leaking from our ac, had our outlets go out and ruin our food, we've had hot water out, our ac go out, running faucets, mold, bugs and green pools and the "fixes" they make are the bare minimum landlord special of just putting a coat of paint over everything. Our tub is so flimsy the bottom moves when I get in! Our ac unit is completely full of rust and mold and they barely coated it to stop it from leaking. I've got holes in my walls from it being wet and warping. This company used to have a portal to pay rent and utilities and when the new company took over now they cant seem to work a website and make it work even though they tell you its working. And now after 3 months of me asking them about the portal and how I don't feel good paying in money orders they lost our rent payment 3 months ago and are filing a notice to vacate on a lot of us!!! We paid it. I have receipts of payment. I have talked to this office every week for the last 3 months and I'm so sick of getting the run around! They can't give us answers either. They don't pick up the phones and have no answering service. The mgmt company we can't get a phone number for. And guess what we don't have a portal to prove it only money orders which don't prove they took our money. And we can't get answers!!! This place is doing people wrong. We just moved here in June and it's been nothing but problemsð we are so tired of getting the run around. Different office people, different management, different maintenance people, different answers and it took them 3 months to fix an issue even with reporting it to code. Just go elsewhere. They charge for parking because they say there's free parking but the spots they have are barely anything too. It's a shame for how much they are charging. We are seriously upset w this place and they are doing it to a lot of us! I went in the office to deal w eviction notices and the whole office was filled w other residents dealing with the same issue! This is a second chance complex where a lot of us don't have the time or means to keep dealing with issues! Shame on this complex for doing people wrong!! Sort out the issues and get someone who can actually manage this place! People live here and families are depending on housing!
