5-29-24. My AC has been out for more than 9 months. August 22 2023 is when I put in my service order and they keep canceling them or saying they are complete. This is insane. Same with the raccoon work order
There is a raccoon infestation in my building. They fight all day and night (no exaggeration). They have known about this for more than a year and the problem has gotten worse. They are in my walls, the attic, even my floor. They climb my patio to go on the roof. Nobody has ever contacted me to ask me about the problem so I am sure the staff have no idea the extent of this problem, or even care. There was one attempt that I know about to trap them, but the problem is much bigger than that. The bbq area and dog park are extremely small, like maybe 24 SQ ft.

There is a problem with homeless people wondering around, digging in the trash asking for money. We also have our mailboxes broken into often and property thefts. My car (as well as my neighbors) was stolen more than once.
There is an ongoing hot water issue in my building. It appears to be fixed for now, but at least once a month we go days without hot or running water. The water quality is very bad. I think the pipes are corroded. they leak constantly.
I think there is a lot of potential here. The apt layouts are nice and it is in a great/convenient location. If they would invest in the necessary maintenance repairs, actually hire a REAL pest control
service to properly evict the raccoon families and take measure to stop them from coming back like trimming the bushes, wrapping the trim with metal, secure the trash cans or take advise from a real pest control company. If they take preventative security measures like hiring a pt night security guard, cameras, better lighting in problem areas etc. and stop treating the tenants (aka their CUSTOMERS) like we are the problem, this place would be great and no need for the very obvious fake 5 star google reviews that are coincidentally posted immediately after a low review is posted. Some reviews are almost identical. On Google there are 94 reviews posted, most 5 stars and only 165 units. The reviews use the same verbage and give no details.if you are considering moving here I suggest you come see it for yourself, talk to the residents, check out different review sites. They are more accurate. I talk to a lot of my neighbors and not a single one has or would give this place 5 stars.
