Been living here for just about 4 months every single time ive had issues they have always promptly fixed any issues ive had. Miss Shae has been a great help always making sure to reach out and make sure things have been taken care of properly.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! This complex is a mess and nothing gets done even after being here 6 months. A/C was finally fixed after 4 months of it not working. The apartment was not move in ready. Broken blinds, no dead bolt on door, toilet seat broken, doors off hinges, bugs, roaches. I’ve been told time after time that they will come fix things but yet nothing has been done. Security officer was stalking me and looking through my window and was able to see in because the blinds haven’t been fixed. Constant attitudes from leading office agents. Homeless people always around and leaving things behind. Trash bins full and over flowing, raccoons all over trash. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money elsewhere because this place is not worth it. DO NOT MOVE HERE

I’d put this at -100 if I could. Been here 5 days and already have to ready my gun to deal with an obvious domestic problem in my area. I haven’t had a dryer. Dishwasher is corroded and doesn’t work. I fight with the roaches more than my neighbors fight each other. Called the police to deal with the DV and the cops and the front desk agreed to move us for our safety. Just to take it all back when the cops left. So I’m still stuck in this building. I’m ready to crash out. I’m not getting sleep due to Mike Tyson and friends. The front desk was cool getting me in here but now I’m trapped in this hell where I can’t wash clothes but hey at least I got surround sound to the two people possibly killing each other. Don’t tell me to call the number just so you can tell me sorry. And then do nothing

Total waste of time. Find a better place Stray animals, racoons, infestations, faulty sewer lines, poor management communication, garbage everywhere, ill-maintained roads, and while personally I haven't experienced any homeless people, I know other people have. You know the place is bad when the first thing you see when pulling into it is a pile of garbage. So in my opinion, this place should be a last last resort for if you have nothing else. I'm also quite sure that these 5 star reviews are fake to make it seem better than it actually is. if I could, this would have a 0 star rating. Save yourself some time and money rather than wasting it here

During an emergency apartment search, this one not only had a wonderful move in special, it had a high rating for the area. Once we had a tour of the 2bed 1 bath, we were sold. Next day applied and got approved, paid our move in fees and moved in the next day! Both office staff are super personable, very understanding and helpful women, they were on top of their communication and getting everything expedited for us to move in quickly. Our unit is extremely similar to the display one, and even came with a brand new washer/dryer. Id say for all the amenities, the price for the unit is amazing! 😊💯

Don’t rent an apartment here!! Worst experience ever!!! Move in to an unit that wasn’t move in ready or even kid friendly since they had so many stuff they needed to fix, they had to replace my sliding door because the old sliding door has a crack in it and wouldn’t shut it all the way. The a/c is always breaking and needs to be fixed every week. The flooring is like paper. When I move in the contractor people ripped the flooring in my laundry room. I have a hole in my ceiling in the laundry room because they were a leak from the old water heaters in the attic that made a hole in the ceiling there, and they still haven’t fixed it and it’s been almost a MONTH! My deck is so awful and the wood is rot and needs to be fixed I told them that the first day I moved In (nobody still hasn’t fixed it). They still haven’t fixed what needs to be done since I’ve moved in. THEY finally brought me a new dish washer after MONTHS on being here. I’m just over them telling me they will get it done and never gets done. Especially when I have a toddler and about to give birth and have a newborn this is ridiculous…

Moved in a unit end of February and it’s one of the worse mistakes I’ve ever made. Lack of communication since day one with leasing agents, terrible attitudes, lack of knowledge. Kept being told one thing after another by many people in the office. Constantly being told they would call me back but instead it would be myself giving them a call. It’s very rare they even answer the phones here. Move in day came and nothing was done. Blinds were all broken, the cleaning lady didn’t even finish up the work, broken toilet, no lock on front door, a/c unit not working etc. This place is a terrible mess and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Maintenance here at the complex is not even a thing because stuff still has yet to be done. I just finally got smoke detectors maybe two weeks ago. A/C is broken every week and it’s constantly in the 80’s in here and being told someone will fix it but never actually fixes the issues. Security here at the complex are all jerks and feel the need to be rude. Pool still has yet to be cleaned and it’s all green. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere because you’re going to be disappointed the entire time and they don’t care either. Under new management but nothings changed since they’ve been in.
