The worst place you could ever live once upon a time before they changed the name to the Cabrillo these were some great apartments now they are the most unorganized non orthodoxd And manipulative/lying ass people you could ever rent from please do not waste your time trying to rent from them they will offer you every option to get you in quick and set you up for failure your apartment will be Roach infested at move-in you won’t get your mailbox key for about three months and you better not need nothing fixed cause they will lie they can’t lie no more this place is sorry it’s trash I’ve came across yet yet by the looks of the outside they got the potential to be great

I must say Moving here has been one of the best Moving experiences I ever had, thanks to Ms.Shae. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and ready for me to move in. Thank you so much ♥️

Best experience by far from the application process to moving into my new apartment. The ladies are in the front office are so helpful and knowledgeable. Megan helped me out finding my perfect apartment. That would fit my needs I will be referring people soon

I just moved in and the staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful. Seeing to any of my issues in a timely manner and communicating clearly. It's not perfect by any means but it's a great spot for the cost.
